Do you offer packing and unpacking services?

Yes! With our Premium package we will help you pack and unpack, providing all the necessary boxes, tape, wrap, and everything else you will need!

What factors determine the cost of a move?

We determine the cost of the move based on an estimated hourly rate. Our quotes are locked so you will not be paying any extra if it falls outside of the expected time.

Do you offer storage solutions if I’m not ready to move in right away?

Right now we are not offering any storage solutions.

Are your moving services insured and licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability, cargo, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance, and we’re licensed to operate both locally and across state lines under our DOT and MC numbers.

Can I speak with someone about a custom move or large-scale project?

Yes! You can get in contact with us via phone or scheduling a phone appointment, whichever works best for you.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We would like a notice of any cancellation or reschedule as early as possible but no shorter than a 48 hour notice.

Can you move us after business hours or on weekends?

Yes, we can move on weekends–although we prefer not to move on Sundays. We typically do not work after hours unless we’ve started the project already earlier in the day, but give us a call and we can chat before saying no.

Do you move office equipment and IT infrastructure?

Yes we do move all kinds of office equipment and IT infrastructure. We will pack and unpack in designated areas, but will not plug in or set up because it is not our expertise.

Will you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes! If we think it is necessary to move we can do it, but we will not do this for every type of furniture if it can be reasonably moved as one piece.

Can I pack myself?

Of course! The Standard package is for people who package everything themselves and we just load and unload your items.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes! If we are providing packaging services through our Premium or Ultimate package we will provide you with everything needed for the move so you don’t have to worry about anything!

What happens if there is bad weather?

We will still move during rain or snow, but if you would prefer not to, just give us a notice of cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours before.

Do I need to be present during the move?

Yes, so if we have any questions we don’t have to delay services to get them answered.

How many movers will be assigned to my job?

For most moves, there will be two workers, but if the job is bigger, we will put more workers on the job.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. Our quotes are locked so you can rest assured the price we quote you at is the price you will pay!

Yes, all our quotes are free.

How do I get a quote for my move?

You can call us or schedule a phone appointment with us and we will reach out to you at that time.

Do you offer long-distance or interstate moves?

Most of our moves are local, but if you are moving long distances, give us a call and we will provide a quote for you!

Do you provide custom commercial service contracts or recurring service options?

Yes, we will work with you to create a service contract that is beneficial for both parties. We want to make sure you are in good hands and are provided with high quality service.
