Chief Executive Officer
Mubarek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University–Idaho. He began his professional career as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, where he developed a strong foundation in financial planning and client relations. During his time there, he co-founded Haws Delivery LLC, driven by a vision to transform last-mile delivery services. Mubarek later transitioned full-time to Haws Delivery to focus on scaling the business. Today, he plays a key role in the company’s growth, overseeing areas such as business development, financial strategy, and operations.
Damitu Haws
Human Resources
Damitu Haws plays a key role in running day-to-day operations and keeping the business moving forward. She works behind the scenes managing logistics, supporting team communication, overseeing customer experience, and making sure systems are running efficiently.
Damitu is known for her sharp eye for detail, her ability to solve problems quickly, and her commitment to making Haws Delivery a company clients can rely on. Whether it’s streamlining workflows, organizing paperwork, or jumping in to support the team, she brings structure, heart, and hustle to the business.
Outside of work, Damitu enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. Family is a big part of her life, and her values of connection and care show up in the way she leads and supports her team.
Tofik Haws
Chief Operating Officer
Tofik Haws is the driving force behind Haws Delivery LLC, overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Under his leadership, the company has built a reputation for reliability in last-mile delivery services.
Outside of work, Tofik enjoys snowboarding, reading, and traveling to always seek new experiences and perspectives that contribute to his leadership style and personal growth.
Gutema Haws

Gutama is the founder and visionary behind Haws Delivery LLC. He currently works full-time at Fusion Fiberglass Products, where he leads daily operations and business development. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and hands-on management, Gutama brings strategic insight and leadership to Haws Delivery’s growth.
Since co-founding the company, Gutama has focused on expanding its capabilities in last-mile delivery, customer service, and operational efficiency. His passion for innovation and building strong business systems drives the company’s mission to deliver reliable, high-quality service across all markets.

Hadrien Pena
Regional Area Manager
Hadrien is from Idaho Falls, Idaho. He enjoys tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions to keep everything running efficiently. In Hadrien’s role at Haws Delivery as regional manager, he takes pride in ensuring smooth operations and working with a great team. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the soccer field or playing a game of pickleball with friends.
Conner Neerings
Chief Marketing Officer
Conner works primarily to help with acquiring contracts, specifically government contracts. He works on many other projects to help keep Haws Delivery running smoothly. Conner has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University Idaho. Outside of work he spends time playing games and going to the park with his family.
